Social Media Ambassador Program

Who are social media ambassadors?

The Social Media Ambassadors serve as representatives of the Northeastern experience, and are responsible for developing creative social media content that promotes Northeastern University in engaging ways. As a part of this dynamic group, you’ll have the opportunity to not only expand your professional digital portfolio, but to also share your unique Northeastern journey with the world through your own creative lens. Your voice matters, and as a Social Media Ambassador, you’ll have the privilege of representing your fellow students, offering insights into the student experience, and actively participating in larger student conversations across social media. From transformative global co-ops to thought-provoking classes led by world-renowned faculty, our Ambassadors play a pivotal role in showcasing the multitude of opportunities that await every Northeastern student.

Application Deadline: September 15th

  • Inger Hansen, ’24

Hi, my name is Inger Hansen. I am a second-year student at Northeastern University London studying English literature and psychology. I came to London from my home in Copenhagen, Denmark, to further pursue my studies and to increase my global network. I hope to employ this role to further strengthen Northeastern’s global network and to provide students with a platform where they feel like they can identify with the values of the university.

  • Jalen Holley, ’24

    College of Science, Boston

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I’m majoring in psychology with a minor in communications and Spanish. During my time at Northeastern, I’ve had the opportunity to take on several leadership opportunities, become an active member of the Kinematix Dance Troupe and the Korean American Dance Association, and establish amazing relationships along the way. Even though I consider myself to be quiet, I like to challenge myself by participating in whatever activity I find interesting. I hope to encourage students to push boundaries and step out of their comfort zones.
