Iconic colors. A broad range of expression.

Like the proud King Husky, our core brand colors are black and white.

These colors set us apart from our competitors and create a clean background palette for the creative expressions of our brand.

Red should be used to reinforce the Northeastern brand.

This color should never overwhelm designs and should be used as an accent with less than 25% of any given design featuring this color.

Red is given greater prominence in athletic applications.

Prestigious accents

We use gold when honoring prestigious accomplishments and the high caliber of the Northeastern brand needs to shine more explicitly.

It is reserved for special use and should be just 5% of the overall design where used. It is best used in metallic shades in physical formats.

User interface components (including focus indication and boundaries) and graphic objects should have a minimum ration of 3:1.
