Our brand is experience, so it matters how the world experiences our brand. For us, brand is more than colors, fonts, and logos. It’s our attitude, our voice, and the mark we make on the world.

More important, it projects our common vision as a global research university. No matter where we are around the globe, we must look and sound like one Northeastern.

The Marketing team in the Office of External Affairs sets and oversees the brand standards for the university, including graphic identity, web design and experience, editorial guidelines, and merchandise licensing. We partner with stakeholders around the university to align around marketing goals and strategies, mapping digital experiences, and reviewing media plans, collateral, and creative concepts.
